Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges. This is conditional to the availability of our vehicles.

Are there other accessories one could rent?

Yes, we offer other extra accessories, such as fishing equipment, kanoe, beach umbrella, entertainment box, solar pannel, swiming board…. If you are interested, do not hesitate to ask us. We will send you the list together with the corresponding rental prices.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your booking, we request a 300€ down payment. The remaining amount should be paid the day of the pick up.

Is it possible to pick the vehicle up in another city instead of Tirana?

The pick up/drop off process are free of charge when organised in Tirana Center or the Tirana International Airport. Our agent keeps contact with you in order to organise the meeting smoothly. In case you want to change the pick up/ drop off please write us, we will give you the corresponding extra quote.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number. The booking confirmation is sent to you withing the working day as soon as you have proceeded to the payment.
